Brisbane to Sydney Opera House (virtual run)

I was driving home the other day and I got a bit of a suprise.  Mrs. Slowmanrunning suddenly said she wanted to start running.  She is a swimmer and swims 3 or 4 days a week.  But with winter coming the pool will be closed (yes even here in the tropics they close pools down in the winter.  Who knew?) and she would like somekind of exercise to do in winter.  At 5:30 pm today we went out and did a quick run.  We did a very easy run today.  Almost 2ks.  It was one minute of running and 3 minutes of walking for about 20 minutes.  I'll let you know how this continues.

I was supposed to play tennis yesterday with my friend.  The day got washed out and instead we had breakfast and did some shopping.  We hope to get a game in next weekend.
